Service description
2Delve AI Editor is an AI-assisted workspace for preparing, reviewing and managing short-form video workflows and associated digital content. Available functionality depends on the deployed workspace, account permissions and connected services.
Acceptance
By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Account security
You are responsible for protecting your credentials and for activity performed through access you authorize. Notify the operator promptly if you believe an account or session has been used without authorization.
Authorized content
You must have all rights, permissions and licenses necessary for content that you upload, process, edit, display or publish through the service. 2Delve AI Editor does not grant you rights to third-party videos, music, images, recordings or other materials.
Third-party platforms
Connected services, including TikTok, are subject to their own terms, policies, permissions and availability. External platforms may reject, delay or limit an upload or publication, and 2Delve AI Editor does not guarantee acceptance or publication. You remain responsible for complying with applicable platform rules and for reviewing content before publication.

AI-assisted output
AI-assisted or automated output can contain errors, omissions or unsuitable material. Review output, captions, translations, timing, rights information and publication settings before relying on or publishing it.
Prohibited use
You may not use the service for unlawful activity, unauthorized access, malicious activity, infringement of third-party rights, attempts to compromise or disrupt the service, or use of credentials belonging to another person without authorization.
User content
You retain your rights in content you provide. You grant only the permissions reasonably needed for the service and its enabled workflows to store, transform, review, display and deliver that content. Do not submit content you are not authorized to process.
Availability and changes
Functionality may change, maintenance may occur, and integrations or external APIs may become unavailable or impose limits. No uptime guarantee or service-level agreement is provided unless separately agreed in writing.
Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or terminated where reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, protection of users or the service, or a material breach of these Terms.
Disclaimers
The service is provided on an as-available basis. It is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every purpose. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and maintaining appropriate copies of important content.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the service, external platform decisions, unavailable integrations or content supplied by users. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
